Complete Family Nutrition Terms and Conditions

By registering into a Complete Family Nutrition course, including course recordings, you agree to the following terms.

Registration

  • Payment in full is needed at the time of registration to a course.
  • Course registration is nonrefundable but may be transferred to the next available course with at least 7 days written notice in advance of the first session. 
  • Complete Family Nutrition reserves the right to cancel courses or events at any time.
  • One household per enrolment, unless a group or organisational registration has been organised.
  • The participant has read and acknowledges information about the course on the course registration page.
  • For recorded courses, access to webinar links and event information will be provided once the registration fee is paid in full.

Recordings

  • Only courses advertised as ‘recorded’ will be available in recorded format. Small group courses are not recorded. 
  • In the instance that a course is not recorded, failure to attend will not result in a registration refund.
  • In the instance a course is recorded, access to the recording will be sent via email to the email address provided in the above registration 1-5 business days after the event.
  • Under no circumstances are course recordings to be shared.
  • Participants acknowledge that if they engage during recorded courses, their name, image, and/or voice may be included in the recording.

Refunds

  • Complete Family Nutrition will not take responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the course and reserves the right to make necessary changes without penalty, and in such situations no refunds shall be made.
  • Complete Family Nutrition will not provide partial refunds to existing registrants if the price of an event or course is discounted.

Course materials

  • Course materials will be made available during the live course. Some courses have the option of downloading and printing the materials.
  • The content of the course materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Complete Family Nutrition.
  • Course content is subject to change.

  • Please refer to the Privacy Policy that covers Complete Family Nutrition collection, holding, use and disclosure of Personal Information.
